Baby Bonus Scheme
Blossom is registered as an approved institution under the Baby Bonus Scheme. Parents may apply to use the savings in the Children Development Account (CDA) to pay for the monthly service fees for all children who are attending Blossom’s child care centres.
Family Life Ambassador
The Family Life Ambassador (FLA) Programme, through the promotion of Family Life Education (FLE) programmes, advocates the forging of partnerships with community members to build strong and stable families.
The FLA scheme aims to inculcate positive family values within members of the community and equip them with the necessary skills that would empower them to manage domestic issues primarily through preventive intervention.
