Yummy Fruit Salad “水果沙拉”

Our Nursery 2 became chefs of the day, busy preparing and sampling a yummy fruit salad they made for themselves.

Engaged in this sensorial and hands-on learning activity, the children had a ball of a time learning about the different characteristics & tastes of the various fruits prepared.

It was indeed a fun and interesting lesson for our little chefs!

老师通过制作水果沙拉的活动，一方面让幼儿认识常见水果的名称，另一方面鼓励幼儿多吃水果。老师给幼儿介绍制作水果沙拉的过程，先削果皮，然后将水果切成小块，并让幼儿学习如何将不同的水果搅拌在一起。水果沙拉做好了！大家一起品尝自己亲自动手，制作出来的水果沙拉，真开心啊！制作水果沙拉的课程，不但让幼儿认识了常见水果的名称，知道多吃水果身体好，也让他们从中享受动手参与的乐趣。
